General Marketing Tactics

Quick Lessons

If you don’t have good marketing processes, you’re wasting money.

Here’s an example:

You use an online spreadsheet for social media planning.

But it’s messy, confusing, and hard to keep track of.

Your team members spend around two minutes finding what they’re looking for every time they go in.

You have four people working on the spreadsheet. They access the sheet, on average, three times a day. Their salaries equate to $45 an hour.

Do the math.

That’s $90 a week wasted by something as simple as a badly organised spreadsheet – which could be solved by switching to a tool like Airtable.

And that’s just ONE bad process.

Having good processes isn’t a luxury.

If you want to make the most of your budget, it’s a necessity.
