Photography That Helps You Sell Faster
Faster sales cycles. More time freed up for you to sell. Higher sales prices.
That’s how our photography empowers Gold Coast real estate agents.
Residential Interior Photography
The interior of a house is the most critical part of real estate photography.
With the right lighting and angles, an empty property can be transformed into a potential home – a canvas onto which your prospects can project their new life.
That translates into more clicks on listing sites, more enquiries for you, and an overall faster sale.

Residential Exterior Photography
If the interior of a house is the most important, it’s the exterior that seizes attention.
A striking façade or beautiful landscaping can persuade prospects to click through to explore your online listing further.
Unfortunately, complex lighting and weather conditions make getting that perfect angle hard – especially if you’re not a professional photographer.
That’s why we’ll work with you to identify the best approach for shooting your home’s exterior.
Our strategic approach and whole-property focus mean we’ll deliver exterior photos that contextualise, impress, and enthral.

Make the most of a striking design or great location with drone photography.
Rural Property Photography
The greatest asset of any rural property is the land.
Buyers aren’t looking at rural properties because they’re convenient or affordable.
Normally, they’re interested in the lifestyle – so your photography needs to capture that in the best way possible.
Paddocks and bushland require the same care that a building does.
When we work with you, we’ll approach the shoot strategically, working with different times and angles to maximise the appearance of your acreage.
Residential Real Estate Photography FAQs
On the Gold Coast, residential real estate photography costs around $275 for the first hour, with the price decreasing for subsequent hours.
When you’re comparing prices, don’t look at the hourly rate. Instead, compare:
- The entire cost of the project. How much, total, will you end up paying?
- The number of photos you get. $275 for three photos is very different to $275 for 10 photos.
- The quality of the work. A uni student with a basic camera will be much more affordable than a professional with a best-in-class DSLR.
At Chevron Editing, our prices start from $165 for eight images. This includes our callout fee, the actual shoot, and post-production. You can download our full pricing guide below.
If styling is within your or the seller’s budget, we strongly recommend it. Beyond the practical purpose of showing what a home looks like, residential real estate photography does two things:
- Captures attention
- Allows prospects to envision themselves living on the property
Hiring a professional staging company means the property stands out more on real estate listing sites and resonates better with potential buyers, which leads to more clicks and more inspections. This, in turn, often results in faster sales at higher prices – good for you, and good for the seller.
If you’re still not sure, go to realestate.com.au and scroll through the listings. When you find an unstyled home, compare it to one that’s professionally staged. Which one would you be more likely to click on?
Sell your home faster with excellent photography.
